ListingPro at the $399 flat. 50-mile radius. Unlimited listings, unlimited zips, owner + realtor contacts included. Data access is reviewed for fit, but it is not the same exclusivity promise as protected outreach.

Is this actually selective or is the 'application' just marketing? +
It's actually selective. We do not open every product to every mover in a metro. Cold email and certain handwritten campaigns are territory-protected, which means once that outreach lane is locked, the next mover who wants the same play goes to the wait-list. ListingPro and other data workflows are reviewed for fit and capacity, but they are not the same exclusivity promise.
What kind of operators do you accept? +
We work best with independent moving companies between $1M and $20M in annual revenue who deliver a great move and want a predictable channel mix. Below $1M the unit economics are tighter; above $20M your in-house marketing team is usually doing the same plays. Either way, send the application — we'll either confirm fit or refer you somewhere better.
How long is the review? +
Within 48 hours. The reply either invites you to the fit call (one 30-minute video call with Matt or a member of the team) or explains why the right lane is not currently open and offers a wait-list spot.
What's the fit call actually for? +
It's a working call, not a demo. We pull your zip codes live, show you what next week's listings actually look like in your market, talk through where MovingLetters fits in your existing channel mix, and either land on a plan or tell you it's not the right time. Either outcome is fine. The call is free either way.
What happens if my outreach lane is closed? +
You go on the wait-list. We send you the State of Moving Marketing report when it drops and notify you the moment the lane reopens. We don't pitch you something else in the meantime.
